ક્યાં સુધી ?
સમયનો તકાદો છે ઈન્તજારનો
હું રાહ જોઉં, પણ ક્યાં સુધી ?
મંઝિલ નથી દૂર, મજલ છે લાંબી,
હું ચાલતો તો રહું, પણ ક્યાં સુધી ?
શમણાંઓ બોલે છે આગમનની ભાષા,
એને રાખું હું મૂંગા, પણ ક્યાં સુધી ?
દર્શનને ઝંખે છે વિરહાતુર નયનો,
દોર આશાનો હું ખેંચું, પણ ક્યાં સુધી ?
સમયની રેતમાં ક્ષણો સરી જાય છે,
હું શ્વાસોને ઝાલું, પણ ક્યાં સુધી ?
ધીરજની કસોટીની હદ હોય, ઓ ઈશ્વર !
તને પોકારતો રહું, પણ ક્યાં સુધી ?
